Your Golf Day Event Management service would typically include:
- Preparation of invites and golfer registration;
- Liaising with venue on food and beverage requirements, including on-course refreshments;
- Collate golf handicaps and create start sheet;
- Prepare on course competitions - nearest the pin, longest drive;
- Prepare on course branding;
- Source ideas for prizes and goody bags - golf balls, tee pegs, etc ;
- Provide venue with accommodation rooming list, where applicable and ensure any VIP bedrooms are ready as soon as possible;
- Jennifer Shaw Events staff to assist with the event
- Ensure the venue has everything ready for the event;
- Co-ordinate times for Coffee & Bacon rolls / Lunch to be served;
- Ensure on course competitions are ready, co-ordinate and collate all the information;
- Ensure all on course branding and advertising is positioned as requested;
- Man the registration desk;
- Register golfers, explaining the playing format for the day, allowing your representatives to network with guests;
- Issue scorecards, goody bags and all other relevant information;
- Mark the score cards and prepare final results;
- Ensure function room is ready for evening dinner, with any PA systems working, prize tables set up correctly;
- Ensure Dinner is served at the correct time and all necessary wine orders are correct;
- Constant liaison with the venue and client to make sure everything is going according to schedule.
